December, 1st 2017 On the call – Lake County Commissioner and former Lake county sheriff Bill Barron joins KERR to discuss the assessment of the Lake County Jail and Justice Sytem conducted by the National Institute of Corrections(NIC). The NIC did this assessment 10 years ago.
