  • Saturday October 5th/Sunday October 6th- The Mineral County Help Line is having their Fall Bazaar- Saturday from 9-4 and Sunday from 10-3. Bazaar will be held at the Elementary School in Superior. There will also be a silent auction. Tables are $20 each if you would like to be a vendor. Please call 822-4262
  • Saturday October 5th- How to Have a Climate Conversation, a free workshop is taking place from 3-5pm at the Whitefish Community Library located at 9 Spokane Avenue in Whitefish
  • Monday October 7th- Hot Springs High School will be holding a Red Cross blood drive from 11-4:30

  • Friday October 11th- Immanual Lutheran Communities will be holding a Red Cross blood drive from 11-4
  • Friday October 11th- The Band Sunlight Black is playing a musical benefit for the Giving Pool, an organization committed to bringing safe drinking water to children in Morocco, is happening at the Perfect Shot in Polson from 8-11pm. $5 cover charge will go to the Giving Pool.   • Saturday October 12th- Linda’s Cookin’ and Yard sale, a benefit for the Preston Hot Springs Town-County Library, takes place at the Tribal Nutrition Center in Hot Springs from 8am until 3pm. Breakfast will be served from 8-11 with pancakes, eggs, ham, biscuits and gravy, and more along with Indian Tacos for lunch from 11-2. Cost of the meal is $6 for Adults, kids 5 and under are free.   • Saturday October 19th- A Fundraiser dinner and auction will take place at the Elks Club in Polson from 5-9pm for Kevin and Anne Engebretson who have both been diagnosed with cancer. Dinner is $10 per ticket or $30 for a family of 4 and evening includes live and silent auctions.

  • Everyone is welcome if you are hungry or in need of fellowship at Polson Church dinners from 5-7 pm at the following locations: 1st Friday of the month at the Catholic Church, 2nd Friday at the Presbyterian Church, 3rd Friday @ the United Methodist Church, 4th Friday at the Heritage of Faith Church (Journey B) and 5th Friday at Community Christian. Lunch is served every Saturday from 11:30-1:30 at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church
  • Every Monday at the North Lake County Public Library in Polson at 10:30am is Mother Goose, a half hour program for toddlers and their caregivers with nursery ryhmes and stories galore. Makerspace takes place from 3:30-5pm for kids of all ages and their caregivers allowing kids to build, make, and play
  • The Second and Fourth Mondays of the Month- Cheerful Heart, a non profit organization benefiting people with Cancer, holds support group meetings at the First United Methodist Church at 301 16th Avenue East in Polson from 12-1pm. For more info, call 883-3070 or visit cheerfulheart.org
